Theft is defined u/s 378 of ppc whoever taking dishonesty any moveable property out of the possession of an other without that person consent, he committed theft.
Robbery in all become theft or extortion
When theft is robbery:
If, in order to commitng theft, or in commiting theft or attempt to carry away property obtained by the theft, the offence ,for that end voluntarily causes or attempt to cause death of any person or hurt, or wrongful ascertained, or fear of death .
When extortion is robbery:
Extortion is robbery the offender at time of committed extortion is in the presence of any person, put in fear and committed the extortion by putting that person in instant of fear of death,
